FixTech FS200

FIX200 is a high strength, multi-blended moisture curing silicone which is 100% UV resistant, making it suitable for the Marine, Transport and Construction industry.

Fix200 has been specifically designed as a sealant to be used in the fixing and sealing of organic and non-organic window panels such as; Glass, Acrylic, Perspex, Polycarbonate and Lexan. It is also suitable for sealing metal, masonry, concrete, painted surfaces, most plastics, timber and other common substrates where the extension and compression of joint requires a flexible sealant.

• Primeless adhesion to most common substrates. Please refer to the TDS for more information.
• Specifically designed for the installation of Acrylic, Perspex, Polycarbonate and Lexan type windows.
• Suitable for marine exposure.
• Unaffected by sunlight, ultraviolet light, radiation and temperature extremes
• The low modulus characteristic allows for excellent recovery from extension and compressing cycling.
• Easy application. Fixtech does not recommend the use of chemicals or solvents during the process of tooling. Please refer to the TDS for more information.
• +50% extension and compression of joint width.
• Fix200 is not paintable.
• 30min working time; ideally suited for long joint runs.
