You are welcomed into the mouth of Whangarei Harbour by prominant Mount Mania.
Nestled not too far from the mouth of the harbour you will find the very well equipped Marsden Cove Marina.
Being able to clear customs at the Marina is an added bonus for the offshore vessels coming in and missing the hustle in Bay of Islands.
Marsden Cove Marina has 236 marina berths and is overlooked by private surrounding houses with their own jetties. There is a network of canals which wind through the beautifully ever growing Marsden subdivision.
The marina prescient is well equipped with modern toilet and amenities block and plenty of parking.
A cafe/restaurant sits proudly overlooking the marina and boat ramp. You’ll find all that you need at your fingertips, with a fuel dock for vessels and a self serviced petrol station for your vehicle. Additionally there is a liquor shop, a well stocked supermarket and a chandlery shop which also rents out vehicles. The pharmacy, doctor, dentist and physio are a short walkaway on flat terrain.
When it’s time to come out of the water the hardstand is found across the road and behind the bunding. This where you will find the team at TC Marine.
The friendly Marina team haul vessels out on at the designated ramp by tractor and specialised hydraulic slipway trailer. From here the vessel is transported on the trailer across the road to be washed down and stood on the hard. Each vessel has access to power and water where they are stored.
We have a lot of catamaran’s choose to come here for this method of hauling out and the Marina team expertise.
This is where all the creative work happens to get your vessel back into shape.
The yard is gated and great security.
The entire hardstand is tarmac and the Marina team regularly sweep the yard. There are many systems are in place to keep the area clean and tidy. Including oil disposal, rubbish and recycling bins
There is a building for cooking and toilet and shower facilities.
TC Marine have access to covered space inside of an 80ft shed.
Our workshop is well equipped to tackle any task. We also have many subtrades that we work collaboratively with to ensure you and your vessel get what you require during your stay.
